Vigorous vines become absolutely covered with sweet yellow tomatoes that resemble the variety 'Yellow Pear' in size and shape. The fruit is a bit more plum-shaped than that of Yellow Pear, but what really makes Fargo distinctive is that it is a much smaller plant than Yellow Pear, a plus for gardeners who don't want to stake such tall plants.
